Anita is an OKR Expert with a background in corporate management consulting, digital transformation, and startups. She has over 15 years of experience driving change across Asia and Europe in leadership, Chief, and VP roles.
A former Chief of Staff at Mindvalley and world champion athlete, she is now the co-founder of Vintage People Consulting, an innovative management consulting firm specialised in end-to-end OKR implementations.
Anita has led complex strategic execution programs in large corporations and worked across a wide range of industries and company sizes, solving performance alignment and execution challenges with a blend of structure, creativity, and practical impact.
